    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">The Shop Technician is responsible for the assembly, installation, wiring, and repair of electrical panels according to production and engineering specifications. This position reports to the Manager, Operations.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ensure all wiring is tagged, terminated, and secured in accordance with regulatory and company standards.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Perform wiring modifications, repairs, and installations for electrical components and control panels.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Assemble electrical enclosures and related systems following engineering drawings and work instructions.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Mount and install electrical components within control panels.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Fabricate and install light metal assemblies for larger panel systems.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Fabricate light metal pieces for use in larger assemblies.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Communicate effectively regarding issues with schematics, cabinet assembly, or point-to-point wiring.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Verify engineering documentation to ensure correct and current revisions are used.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Work closely with supervisors and leads to meet production goals and deadlines.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Collaborate with supervisors and leads to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Use a variety of hand, air, and power tools safely and effectively.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong><u>Shop Tech 1&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">High School Diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">At least one (1) year of stable, relevant work experience in a manufacturing, shop, or warehouse environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly and basic electrical drawings, symbols, and systems.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Familiarity with electrical circuit design concepts and schematic interpretation.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Proficiency in the use of common hand and power tools.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle under company policy.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong><u>Shop Tech 2</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">High School Diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Minimum of three (3) years of experience wiring control panels or related assembly work.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Ability to read and interpret moderately complex mechanical and electrical drawings, symbols, and systems.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Proficiency in using hand, air, and electric tools safely and effectively.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Attention to detail with the ability to produce clean and accurate wiring bundles.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to operate a company vehicle under company policy.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong><u>Shop Tech Senior</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 72px;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">High School Diploma or GED.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;\">Minimum of five (5) years of experience in wiring and assembling electrical control panels.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
