          "text": "<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead and support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.</li><li>Configure and maintain Oracle ARCS components including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.</li><li>Design reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, matching rules, and approval hierarchies.</li><li>Automate reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.</li><li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.</li><li>Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions and unmatched transactions.</li><li>Develop reconciliation dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SOX controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards.</li><li>Participate in Oracle EPM Cloud and ERP integration initiatives.</li><li>Provide user training, documentation, and post-production support.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).</li><li>Strong knowledge of:</li><li>General Ledger Accounting</li><li>Account Reconciliations</li><li>Financial Close Processes</li><li>Journal Entries</li><li>Intercompany Accounting</li><li>Financial Reporting</li><li>Experience configuring Oracle ARCS Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.</li><li>Experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Regards,</strong></p><p><strong>Mohammed ilyas,</strong></p><p><strong>PH - 229-264-4024 or Text - 229-469-1455 or you can share the updated resume at Mohammed@vtekis. com</strong></p>",
