The project manager will also train, direct, and mentor Senior Project Engineers and Project Engineers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage, direct, and monitor quality and progress at each phase of a project</li><li>Oversee and assist with the preparation of construction documents and other project deliverables</li><li>Prepare internal schedules and proposals for new opportunities</li><li>Review billing summaries</li><li>Serve as point of contact between RLG and the client</li><li>Participate in hiring personnel</li><li>Assist in employee performance reviews / disciplinary actions</li><li>Prepare bid packages and technical specifications</li><li>Responsible for creating an enjoyable work environment for staff and personnel</li><li>Other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
