Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.</li><li>Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.</li><li>Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.</li><li>Schedules service appointments utilizing the available scheduling system properly.</li><li>Obtains customer history and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.</li><li>Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.</li><li>Documents customer’s vehicle needs accurately and clearly on repair order.</li><li>Inspects vehicle for damage and other needs.</li><li>Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.</li><li>Review Multi-Point Inspection format and ask for authorization.</li><li>Checks on progress towards completion.
