This role will be a hands-on leader responsible for delivering complex system migrations and ensuring operational continuity.</p>\n<p><b><u>Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities</u></b>:</p>\n<p><i><b>Transformation Execution</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS to modern platform migrations (NetSuite preferred).</li>\n <li>Execute against a defined transformation roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><b>Oracle Platform Ownership</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary technical lead for: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Oracle EBS (Invoicing / AR, Order Management)</li>\n   <li>Oracle HCM</li>\n   <li>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain system stability and data integrity during transition.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><b>Integration &amp; Architecture</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the design and implementation of integrations using MuleSoft or similar iPaaS tools.</li>\n <li>Ensure systems are connected through scalable, maintainable integration patterns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><b>Program Delivery</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage day-to-day execution of ERP transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Coordinate across internal teams and external partners.</li>\n <li>Identify and mitigate delivery risks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><b>Data &amp; Financial Alignment</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Finance to ensure billing, subscription, and revenue data accuracy.</li>\n <li>Support financial reporting and compliance requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i><b>People Leadership</b></i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.</li>\n <li>Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards.</li>\n <li>Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.</li>\n <li>Address performance issues promptly and constructively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>12+ years in enterprise systems, ERP, or business applications coupled with 8+ years of progressive people leadership experience.</li>\n <li>Deep experience with Oracle EBS (Financials, OM, Invoicing). OIC and Oracle HCM are preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience delivering ERP implementations or migrations.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, manage performance, and hold employees accountable. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and influence cross-functional stakeholders within defined domains.</li>\n <li>Adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Experience working in a matrixed organization, or large team collaboration environment.</li>\n <li>Up to 10% of potential domestic/international travel.</li>\n <li>US remote role with a preference of EST/CST.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b><u>Preferred Requirements:</u></b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with NetSuite implementations or migrations.</li>\n <li>Exposure to Workday, MuleSoft, Salesforce.</li>\n <li>Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-BS1</p>",
