font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate and gain alignment on new sale tool concepts and proposals from Product Marketing, creative, and product data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Become an intricate part of our Launch Team by meeting weekly to provide updates to the on production timelines and schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Support the Product Launch Manager to execute on production responsibilities for launch in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinating internal needs with Operations, Logistics and IT to efficiently and successfully launch sales tools on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Lead proofing on sales tools for launch and coordinating process with internal proofing team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring all Rep Kits for PJ Sales Team are produced and delivered on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate Launch Sales tool production timelines and receipt of inventory with PJ Sample Department and PJ Receiving teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Tracking and ensuring all Launch sales tools were delivered on time to all proper recipients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of production schedules, timelines, constraints in regards to printing, swatching, material handling and logistics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Expertise with Excel, including pivoting, vlookups, graphs, and moderate-advanced formulas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: georgia, palatino;
