Description Position Overview Join our program team to drive process improvement and manage Power BI analytics to support delivery and decision-making. Responsibilities Process Improvement: Lead CI initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), optimize workflows, and maintain SOPs. Facilitate stakeholder sessions to enhance program effectiveness. Power BI & Data: Own the end-to-end Power BI lifecycle—modeling, visualization, and automation. Ensure data integrity, manage workspace performance, and train team members. Advanced Excel skills required. Program Support: Support PMO governance and provide data-backed insights to cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes that impact program management functions Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization Develop and implement process improvement strategies and best practices Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder sessions Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements Power BI Management Develop and manage end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Power BI environment Provide training and support to team members on Power BI usage Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Optimize data models and visualization for performance and usability Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data preparation Strong Excel skills in conjunction with power BI.
