This job class requires knowledge of fundamental accounting and/or tax principals and the ability to perform work, manage progress and meet deadlines. Performs day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping functions for clients under general supervision.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>· Complete assigned tasks / jobs</p>\n<p>· Learn the growth process (identify and communicate growth)</p>\n<p>· Identify and help solve engagement (job) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items</p>\n<p>· Collaborate and communicate with client and team members in a professional manner</p>\n<p>· Provides timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.</p>\n<p>· Ensures professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate.</p>\n<p>· Assist account managers in generating 1099's and W-2's for clients.</p>\n<p>· Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships</p>\n<p>· Completes research and special projects as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting or related field required</p>\n<p>· 1 – 2 years of related experience in tax, accounting or bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger or financial reports</p>\n<p>· Experience with tax research databases such as BNA and RIA</p>\n<p>· Proficient in all tax compliance process software including Access, Prosystems and other tax related software.</p>\n<p>· Prior HNW tax experience strongly preferred.</p>\n<p>· Creative problem solving and research skills</p>\n<p>· Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-Remote</em></p>",
