If you're ready to lead with integrity, build staff capacity, and ensure meaningful outcomes for the adolescents we serve, we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Why Join Work Unlimited?</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Transform Lives</span> – Lead a team that supports youth in building skills, stability, and self-confidence.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supportive Team Culture</span> – Collaborate with professionals who are committed to trauma-informed practices and individualized supports.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership Growth</span> – Gain specialized experience working with adolescents in a residential treatment environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What You’ll Do:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Youth-Focused Program Oversight</span> – Lead the development and execution of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and behavior support plans tailored to each youth's unique strengths, needs, and goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavior Support &amp; Crisis Intervention</span> – Implement and model consistent, compassionate responses to emotional dysregulation, behavioral escalation, and crisis situations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Service Collaboration</span> – Coordinate closely with mental health providers, schools, child welfare, and other stakeholders to support wraparound services.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership</span> – Train, mentor, and empower residential staff in behavior strategies, daily routines, and youth engagement.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative Oversight</span> – Manage schedules, documentation, compliance tasks, and household operations to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health, Safety, &amp; Compliance</span> – Conduct regular safety checks, ensure staff certification requirements are met, and uphold all licensing standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What We’re Looking For:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Background working with youth in residential treatment, special education, juvenile justice, or behavioral health settings.
