Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Payments Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pune, India.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">• Define the pod roadmap and product vision, ensuring priorities are aligned to platform objectives and OKRs.<br>\n • Own end-to-end delivery of pod outcomes, from intake and prioritization through execution and release.<br>\n • Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and control functions to ensure the product vision aligns with platform strategy and user needs.<br>\n • Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a healthy backlog at least 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.<br>\n • Manage dependencies across pods and teams to support coordinated delivery against the broader Payments Enablement Platform strategy.<br>\n • Track product outcomes and business value after release, communicating progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders on a regular basis.<br>\n • Support release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.<br>\n • Monitor the risk, control, and regulatory environment and adjust priorities in partnership with leadership as needed.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">• Experience serving as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role within an Agile environment.<br>\n • Ability to define priorities, manage backlogs, and convert strategic goals into actionable work for delivery teams.<br>\n • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.<br>\n • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate product vision, progress, and trade-offs.<br>\n • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate and resolve blockers effectively.<br>\n • Relevant domain knowledge in payments, financial services, platform delivery, or related business areas is preferred.<br>\n • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">BNY Newsroom<br>\n BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Here’s a few of our recent awards:<br>\n • America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025<br>\n • World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025<br>\n • “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">Our Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px\">BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
