    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is hiring a<strong> Equipment Operator/Material Handler</strong> for our Integrated Manufacturing facility. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safe operation of equipment is a must; negligent and/or abusive operation will not be tolerated</li>\n <li>Support with scheduling with vendors</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures including safety initiatives</li>\n <li>Promptly report any mechanical or safety problem with the equipment in accordance with company procedures</li>\n <li>Understand the value of teamwork and communications necessary to operate onsite functions</li>\n <li>Perform a daily equipment walk-around inspection</li>\n <li>Loading/Unloading of materials and deliveries</li>\n <li>Participate in Material Inspections</li>\n <li>Usage of power tools to perform routine duties and tasks as necessary</li>\n <li>Perform physical duties (lifting, climbing, cleaning of equipment)</li>\n <li>Work mostly indoors but still be subject to extremes of temperature and weather (i.e. warehouse environment)</li>\n <li>Assist in tasks such as moving or staging materials (conduit, electrical/HVAC equipment) other tasks related to underground electrical installation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Activities related to shipping and receiving of materials</li>\n <li>5+ years of relevant equipment experience with proven safety record</li>\n <li>Strong computer literacy </li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience working with different types and sizes of equipment such as scissor lift, boom lift, forklift, and power skates. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of KOJO or other WMS</li>\n <li>Experience with Equipment Material Inspections </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Not required, but nice to have:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with operating gantry cranes, forklifts, overhead cranes, or other heavy machinery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you:</strong></p>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.
