    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span>We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">senior consulting role</span> for a professional who combines strong business analysis, discovery leadership, and functional solution design skills with the ability to guide clients through digital transformation initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate is equally comfortable facilitating executive and user workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, defining future state solutions, and collaborating with architects and delivery teams to bring those solutions to life.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This role will lead discovery and business analysis efforts for complex client engagements, contribute to solution roadmaps and Statements of Work, and support successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. We are looking for someone proficient with Azure DevOps and comfortable leveraging AI enabled tools to improve analysis, documentation quality, and delivery outcomes. In partnership with Deel recruitment platform, we are looking for a independent contractor in Latin America to join the team remotely. Candidates must be able to work in EST or CST hours. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Discovery and Business Analysis Leadership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead client discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions</span></li>\n<li>Facilitate current state and future state business process analysis</li>\n<li>Produce key discovery and business analysis deliverables including:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span> Process maps and swim lane diagrams</span></li>\n<li><span>Workflow and process documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>User stories, epics and backlog refinement</span></li>\n<li><span>Functional requirements and acceptance criteria</span></li>\n<li><span>Gap fit analysis and solution recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span>Support for solution roadmaps and Statements of Work</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Use Azure DevOps for requirements management, backlog administration, traceability, and test coordination</span></li>\n<li>Leverage AI assisted tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools, to support analysis, documentation and solution ideation</li>\n<li>Provide business process improvement recommendations and advise clients on best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Functional Solution Design</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design and configure solutions across:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span> Dynamics 365 Sales</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Customer Service</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Customer Insights</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Field Service</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Leverage Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, to extend and enhance Dynamics 365 capabilities</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs</li>\n<li>Support solution envisioning, estimation activities and presales efforts where required</li>\n<li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients on platform capabilities and solution options</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Project Delivery and Client Leadership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Participate in Agile project delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives</span></li>\n<li>Use Azure DevOps to manage delivery artifacts and support quality assurance processes</li>\n<li>Lead and support user acceptance testing, test planning, training and deployment readiness activities</li>\n<li>Partner with project managers, architects and developers to ensure successful project delivery</li>\n<li>Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery excellence across engagements</li>\n<li>Apply AI enabled approaches where appropriate to improve efficiency, accelerate delivery and enhance client outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span>Required Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Five or more years of hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM / CE solutions in a consulting or client facing role</span></li>\n<li>Proven experience leading discovery or Phase 0 engagements and facilitating business requirements workshops</li>\n<li>Strong experience producing business analysis artifacts including workflows, swim lanes, user stories, process diagrams and functional specifications</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of:\n<ul>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Sales</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Customer Service</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Customer Insights</span></li>\n<li><span>Dynamics 365 Field Service</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse</li>\n<li>Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements traceability, user stories and testing support</li>\n<li>Experience leveraging AI tools or Copilot to support business analysis, documentation and solution delivery</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center or Omnichannel</span></li>\n<li>Experience contributing to estimates, solution roadmaps and Statements of Work</li>\n<li>Experience working within a consulting or Microsoft partner environment</li>\n<li>Familiarity with integration and enterprise solution design considerations</li>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications considered an asset</li>\n<li>CBAP,
