    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>TA Services Group is a full-service Electrical and Mechanical Installation contractor that caters to industrial customers. Our Electrical Install team provides the following services – Industrial Electrical & Controls, automation, lighting upgrades, power and distribution, equipment installation services, etc.</p>\n<p> We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager based out of our Marietta, GA office. </p>\n<p>Local travel required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assisting in managing the electrical portion of industrial construction projects. </li>\n <li>Work closely with superintendents and foremen in the field and interface with clients. </li>\n <li>Attend construction meetings, track schedules, manage budgets, and estimate jobs. </li>\n <li>Responsible for writing proposals, material orders, equipment deliveries, and distribution of project specific documents. </li>\n <li>A portion of the time will be spent in the field or with our clients and crew.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5 – 10 + years’ experience in Industrial Electrical Construction/Installation.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of the National Electrical Code.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand construction specifications and detailed drawings.</li>\n <li>Must be computer proficient with all MS applications, including MS Project or Planner.</li>\n <li>Must have some experience in planning and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Must have strong customer interface and relationship building skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with crews in the field, including union employees.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently without direct supervision.</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable in electrical applications in an industrial environment.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with estimating software, such as Accubid or McCormick is preferred.</li>\n <li>Estimating experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be capable of walking throughout a large manufacturing plant for required meetings and other required duties.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) according to company and client policies.</li>\n</ul>",
