The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.   \n<strong>What You'll Do: </strong> \n<ul>\n <li>Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients. </li>\n <li>Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions. </li>\n <li>Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. </li>\n <li>Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads. </li>\n <li>Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<strong> </strong>\n<strong>What You'll Bring: </strong> \n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance. </li>\n <li>Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach. </li>\n <li>Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License </li>\n</ul>\n<strong> </strong>\n<strong>Physical Demands:  </strong> \n<ul>\n <li>Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time  </li>\n <li>May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run  </li>\n <li>May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time  </li>\n <li>May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing  </li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently  </li>\n <li>Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions  </li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods  </li>\n</ul>\n<strong> </strong>\n<strong>Who We Are:</strong>  Here at CPI Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Electrical LLC, we’re proud to have a 4.8-star rating on Google and an above-average Work Happiness Score from our employees.
