This is a contract-based role designed for a highly skilled professional who can operate autonomously while partnering closely with our team to support client needs.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide high-quality clinical services under their own license and manage their own billing. This position is classified as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1099 (referral-based independent contractor)</span>, not a W-2 employee role, as the clinician must be able to bill independently and collaborate with VPM on an as-needed basis.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide clinical assessments, therapy, and related psychological services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
