    "description": "<p>Pioneer Production Services, Inc.</p>\n<p>PLANNER/SCHEDULER II</p>\n<p>Location – Duluth or Edina, MN</p>\n<p>Pay:  $49 - $51 per hour</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pioneer Production Services, Inc.</span> is a supplemental contract labor company founded in 2010 that provides specialized personnel to the oil, gas, and offshore marine industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including production operations, mechanical and electrical work, crane operations, marine rigging, dispatching, and maintenance. Its headquarters are in Lockport, LA, and it operates across North America. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Planner/Scheduler II, to support Enbridge’s Engineering and Construction capital projects.  The Planner Scheduler II provides planning and scheduling support for moderate-complexity projects valued at up to $50MM annually, typically with durations of two years or less. This role works independently with minimal supervision and supports project teams through effective schedule development, analysis, and continuous improvement of project controls practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6</li>\n<li>Apply WBS, CBS, and resource structures; resource-load project schedules</li>\n<li>Support forecasting, progress measurement, and performance reporting</li>\n<li>Use best practices to improve planning and scheduling processes</li>\n<li>Act as a resource to less experienced planners and project team members</li>\n<li>Develop and document project controls procedures</li>\n<li>Assist with preparation and delivery of training to small groups</li>\n<li>Participate in internal committees and improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Support and maintain the SETW Project Management System</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post-secondary education in Engineering or related discipline</li>\n<li>P.Eng (or equivalent) preferred</li>\n<li>4–7 years of relevant experience, including 1+ year of construction or project execution experience</li>\n<li>Proven high performer based on prior performance reviews</li>\n<li>Working toward PMP certification or holder of CAPM designation</li>\n<li>Moderate experience with Primavera P6</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works with minimal supervision; complex issues are escalated to senior staff</li>\n<li>Provides guidance to other planners or project team members</li>\n<li>Progression to Senior level is based on meeting minimum requirements and demonstrated high performance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits Offered:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k) matching</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Life insurance</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Disability insurance</li>\n<li>Vacation pay for eligible employees</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Please be advised</span>, If selected, you will join Pioneer Production Services, Inc. as your employer and work at Enbridge facilities, partnering daily with Enbridge and contract team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**Equal Opportunity Employer</span></p>\n<p> </p>",
