You&#8217;ll partner directly with client leadership, architects, and engineering teams to drive clarity, manage expectations, and ensure predictable, high&#8209;quality delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in technical environments, understands modern engineering practices, and can guide teams through ambiguity toward measurable results.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Own delivery strategy and execution across one or more enterprise software and AI programs</li><li>Serve as the primary delivery partner for client leadership, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and outcomes</li><li>Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and delivery&#8209;ready</li><li>Build and maintain delivery roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Drive cross&#8209;team coordination, ensuring dependencies, blockers, and risks are surfaced early and resolved quickly</li><li>Leverage AI&#8209;assisted tools to enhance planning, estimation, documentation, and reporting</li><li>Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development</li><li>Facilitate executive&#8209;level communication and reporting, translating technical progress into business&#8209;relevant insights</li><li>Lead discovery, scoping, and solution&#8209;framing sessions with clients and internal teams</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams</li><li>Mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and other delivery professionals</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>10+ years of experience leading complex software delivery initiatives in enterprise environments</li><li>Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, particularly in Java full&#8209;stack, cloud, and API&#8209;driven architectures</li><li>Experience delivering or supporting AI&#8209;enabled features or integrating AI/ML services</li><li>Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders and manage high&#8209;visibility, multi&#8209;team programs</li><li>Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models) and the ability to tailor them to client needs</li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical contexts</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross&#8209;functional teams at scale</li><li>A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous environments</li></ul><hr><p><strong>SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE</strong></p>",
