    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Suulutaaq</strong>, a General Heavy Civil Contractor, is currently looking to hire a <strong>Project Manager</strong> for our project in <strong>Gold Beach</strong><strong>, Oregon. &nbsp;</strong>Must have Heavy Civil construction experience. &nbsp;Prior experience working with the Corps of Engineers and jetties.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Successful execution of assigned projects, including schedule, scope, budget and safety considerations under the policies and procedures.</li><li>Interfacing with the client, subcontractors, field staff and administrative staff to assure goals are achieved. &nbsp;</li><li>Administering client and corporate specific programs, such as CQC, Safety, Environmental Stewardship, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducting pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings.</li><li>Conducting field briefings with field staff, subcontractors and client staff.</li><li>Managing the punch list and project closeout process to assure timely completion.</li><li>, invoice approval, subcontractor invoice approval and project closeout.&nbsp;</li><li>Other responsibilities assigned by the General Manager or the President.&nbsp;</li><li>Track cost of field operations using data from project control budget.</li><li>Create and maintain project schedule.</li><li>May work on one or more projects simultaneously. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Construction Management Degree, Preferred. or minimum of 10 years in civil construction as a Project Manager.&nbsp;</li><li>PC literate in Microsoft Office applications with proficiency in Excel and Word.</li><li>Primavera P6 scheduling software experience; Preferred.</li><li>Candidate must be able to pass a drug test as part of the selection process.&nbsp;</li><li>Candidate must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.</li><li>Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years</li><li>Must be able to walk through rough construction sites and lift 70 pounds from the ground&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>A Plus:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>HCSS Heavybid, Heavjob and Equipment 360,</li><li>Microsoft project or P6</li><li>Bluebeam Software</li><li>Recent experience on a Federal or State construction project</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><br>401(K) Plan with Employer Match, Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), Paid PTO, Flexible Spending Accounts (Health and Dependent Care), Life insurance, short term and long-term disability, Full Holiday Schedule and more.</p><p>This company, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures will provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibits employment decisions based on race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disabling condition, political affiliation, protected veteran&rsquo;s status, or sexual orientation.
