    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, safety, and store cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the store. Ensure Show standards are implemented and maintained both inside and outside the store.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers. </li>\n<li>Gather and empty trash throughout the store as needed.</li>\n<li>Clean various cases and floor displays throughout the store. </li>\n<li>Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation. </li>\n<li>Maintain and organize backroom supply areas. </li>\n<li>Maintain & clean all guest seating areas.</li>\n<li>Maintain & clean host breakroom. </li>\n<li>Maintain & clean restrooms. </li>\n<li>Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and visually appealing parking lot and store entrance.</li>\n<li>Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained. </li>\n<li>Communicates maintenance needs to store management.</li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<li>Friendly, outgoing personality. </li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others. </li>\n<li>Ability to lift 25 lbs. constantly and 50 lbs. occasionally. </li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand information and direction. </li>\n<li>Knowledge of safety & sanitation. </li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job. </li>\n<li>Effective communication and guest service skills. </li>\n<li>Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull, and endure outdoor elements for extended periods of time.</li>\n<p>#LI-KG1</p>",
