You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus on supporting and performing all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the CNC equipment used in the manufacturing of components and the repair and construction within the facility.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Installs, services and maintains the operating condition of all the facilities equipment</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Experience working on CNC Controls.&nbsp;<ol style=\"font-family: initial; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Preferably Fanuc, Yasnac and Haas.</li></ol></li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Pumps, motors and gearboxes.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Must have a history of troubleshooting with examples&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Determines the reasons for equipment failure</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Makes routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Uses manufacturer drawings and specifications, installation, layouts, and sketches to facilitate internal repairs of less than major repairs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Acts as subject matter expert and shares knowledge willingly with other employees</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Assists with training other employees and fosters a team environment</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Follows all applicable safety rules and precautions and maintains a neat and orderly work area</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">4+ years of experience in Maintenance Mechanic, or related field.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 18px;\">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
