A skincare session every three months</li>\n <li>Our WMA team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Here's what we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.</li>\n <li>The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.</li>\n <li>The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. Qualifications:</li>\n <li>Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.</li>\n <li>Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.</li>\n <li>Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.</li>\n <li>Previous Mind Body experience or Elements Experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Drive membership sales</strong>and provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on wellness programs and building lasting relationships</li>\n <li><strong>Meet Sales Goals:</strong>Consistently achieve or exceed goals for new client conversion into memberships, upsells, and rebooking rates. </li>\n <li><strong>Consultative Selling:</strong>Build rapport with prospective and existing clients, identify their specific needs, and passionately promote the value and benefits of wellness programs.</li>\n <li><strong>Member Retention:</strong>Proactively identify \"at risk\" members and work with management to guide clients and ensure their continued membership and satisfaction. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Front Desk Operations:</strong> Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including scheduling services, handling cash/payments, using booking systems, and maintaining accurate client records.</li>\n <li><strong>Clinic Maintenance:</strong> Ensure the wellness environment is clean, orderly, and all supplies and equipment are stocked and safely maintained for both clients and co-workers.</li>\n <li><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work effectively with massage therapists, service providers, and management to ensure smooth operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
