This role helps maintain product quality, efficiency, and smooth operations . Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor continuous batch washing equipment • Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements and quality standards • Monitor wash cycles, temperatures, and processing times • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment • Troubleshoot operational or equipment issues when they arise • Record production data including wash times, temperatures, and materials • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Collaborate with team members to keep production running smoothly Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment • Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery • Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions Preferred Qualifications • Experience with industrial washing or batch processing equipment • Certification in machinery operation or maintenance • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices Skills for Success • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to monitor equipment and make adjustments • Teamwork and communication skills • Commitment to safety and quality standards Apply today if you enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and being part of a team that keeps production moving efficiently!
