As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products by supporting quality assurance initiatives and driving continuous improvement efforts.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards, conduct audits, and analyze quality data to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will impact product quality and operational excellence by identifying quality issues, recommending corrective actions, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role within manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies. Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and defect reduction. Experience with quality auditing and data analysis software to monitor and report on quality metrics effectively. WE VALUE
Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical fields. Experience with Lean Six Sigma certification and continuous improvement initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
