As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide <strong>occupational therapy services</strong> to students in a school setting: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.</li>\n <li>Complete <strong>evaluations, IEPs, and documentation: </strong>Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with <strong>teachers, special education staff, and families:</strong> Educate clients and their families on improving daily activities, including the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.</li>\n <li>Support <strong>fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development: </strong>Advocate for clients' needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.</li>\n <li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
