In this position, you&#39;ll assist with the installation and service of HVAC systems and products, ensuring all tasks are completed according to manufacturer specifications. With five Michigan locations, we provide comprehensive services, including furnace, air conditioner, water heater repairs, and HVAC installation.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong><ul><li>Works safely when performing installations or servicing of HVAC equipment.</li><li>Follows all company policies and procedures for the type of installation and service being performed.</li><li>Follows directions provided by the Lead Installer Service Technician related to the scope of work.</li><li>Ensures that all work is completed according to manufacturer specification.</li><li>Has knowledge of the HVAC theory.</li><li>Has knowledge of the HVAC electrical theory.</li><li>Premeasures jobs to identify proper materials required for scope of work.</li><li>Performs the installation of household appliances as needed.</li><li>Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job and maintains stock levels on truck.</li><li>Maintains the company&rsquo;s vehicle and notifies management when maintenance is required.</li><li>Assists and trains associates as directed by management.</li><li>Completes all required paperwork prior to the end of the shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs all readings on test instruments and understands the importance of these readings.</li><li>Follows the national, state, and local mechanical, electrical and plumbing codes, and regulations.</li><li>Ensures office dispatcher/supervisor is aware of job status and any delays that may occur. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Maintains all company tools in good working order and ensures all tools are safe to use.</li><li>Always performs work in a professional manner. Ensures customers are always treated with respect.
