The QISG team brings together Engineering, Safety, Quality, Material Procurement, QA/QC, Right-of-Way Acquisition, Scheduling, Environmental Planning, Permitting, Title and Land Management expertise that ensure outstanding results for our clients.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>The Instructional Designer II is responsible for designing and developing engaging training programs, eLearning modules, courses, and other instructional materials to support organizational learning initiatives. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
