Rutherford Regional is dedicated to providing patients with a full range of services to meet their healthcare needs.&nbsp; We provide our services in a caring, professional environment through the teamwork of our medical staff and employees.</p><p class=\"\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>A&nbsp;<strong>Transporter </strong>who excels in this role:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Safely and efficiently transport patients to and from the Operating Room (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Outpatient Services.</li><li>Assist in operating room turnover by cleaning between cases, moving equipment, and restocking supplies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with surgical, anesthesia, and nursing staff to coordinate patient movement and room readiness.</li><li>Follow strict infection control, safety, and hospital protocols during all transport and room turnover activities.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, storage areas, and transport carts.</li><li>Support team workflow by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests from OR staff.</li><li>Observe and report any patient concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.</li></ul><p class=\"\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><strong>Schedule: PRN</strong></span></p><p class=\"\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why join us&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
