This role is responsible for coordinating and directing daily activities, training team members, and ensuring the completion of unique departmental tasks in support of the Transportation Team.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Warehouse Specialist fosters a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, actively supporting Lean initiatives and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. With a broad understanding of multiple warehouse functions, this position adapts to shifting business needs and collaborates closely with Transportation supervisors, leads, and associates.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and dedicated to upholding core values.
