This candidate will be assisting the product team in all aspects of competitive analysis, product development, contracts, product marketing, distribution support and training and collaborate throughout the enterprise to support cross-functional product implementation.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Marketing and Sales Support</strong>&nbsp;- Help review and edit marketing materials and collateral, maintain product support tools, as well as develop and update product training and &nbsp;documentation for multiple sale channels.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>New Product Development</strong>&nbsp;- Assist with the design and development of innovative, competitive and compelling products to consistently maintain market leadership and capitalize on new growth opportunities</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Competitive Analysis</strong>&nbsp;– Assist with benchmarking competitor offerings and industry practices, analyze competitor state product filings, review proposals, marketing materials, social media and attend industry conferences in order to stay industry leading carrier</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Product Management</strong>&nbsp;– Participate in cross functional collaboration with Legal/Compliance, Actuarial, Group Underwriting and new Business Operations, IT and Claims to maintain products.&nbsp; This includes helping review, draft and revise insurance contract language and product documentation.
