Serve as a strategic consultant for nursing clinical performance initiatives to create, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs, delivery mechanisms, and clinical performance.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess nursing educational needs and competencies.</li>\n <li>Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing and clinical educational</li>\n <li>plans/programs. Utilize methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.</li>\n <li>Consult on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs and performance processes that support core nursing and clinical competencyacross the organization.</li>\n <li>Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional programs to support practice at the highest extent of licensure.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Will Need</h2>\n<p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.</li>\n <li>Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing AND professional licensure at time of hire required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About UAB St. Vincent’s</h2>\n<p>UAB St. Vincent’s, a proud part of UAB Medicine, is a trusted provider of health care, serving Alabama for more than 125 years.
