In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of our day program, ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care and support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and help them thrive in a community-based setting.</p><p><em><strong>&quot;By helping others reach their potential, you reach yours.&quot;</strong></em></p><p>Please check back on Indeed for messages regarding your application status as well as your Indeed registered email (please check your spam/junk folder)</p><p><strong>Available Position:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Location: Urbandale, IA</strong></li><li><strong>Full-time; 40 hours per week</strong></li><li><strong>Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, weekends as needed</strong></li><li><strong>Wage: $40,560 - $42,120 annually - Based on experience</strong></li><li><strong>Bonus: $1,000 (paid in one installment upon completion of 6-months continued employment)</strong></li></ul><p>As a Day Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of program coordinators and direct support professionals, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the overall success of the program. You will ensure that all program activities are implemented effectively, according to individualized participant plans, and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
