    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Job Summary:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Intensive Outpatient Program manager is responsible for oversite of the day to day operation of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs. Additionally, he/she is expected to function well as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in the unit community relations program.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Functions and Duties:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides oversite and clinical supervision of staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides departmental orientation with new staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervision of daily client treatment and care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Represents OP BH by participating on community and hospital committees as an expert in the mental health field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with the development and implementation of program goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures appropriate documentation of services rendered according to the Program design and regulatory standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitors program integrity through the appropriate staff Improvement.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completes monthly chart audits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Submits quality improvement data to Director on a monthly basis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess knowledge of various psychiatric diagnosis cared for in the OP.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitors accuracy of billing procedures OP Services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conducts safety rounds to identify problems and requests corrections via work orders, as appropriate.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establishes collaborative 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3-5 years behavioral health outpatient supervisory experience required.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">LCSW, LCPC, Licensure in social service field required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BLS Certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment.</li><li family, and group therapy modalities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of the DSM5 and the State of Illinois mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Act</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgement and initiative.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Requires a concentrated level of attention with a High level of organizational skill.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, visitors, and organization personnel and perform
