If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications. Assess and integrate foreign military and political trends, perceptions, and goals as related to SOF mission areas.</li><li>Support the operational planning process and provide feedback on strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crises.</li><li>Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.</li><li>Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence, including, but not limited to, Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings (with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest), Intelligence Highlights, or SOF Intelligence Bulletins at required classification levels.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.</li><li>Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.</li><li>HQ SOCOM analyst shall produce 12 products per quarter, at least two of which are near- or mid-term assessments (Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation) as deemed acceptable by JIC reviewers.</li><li>THE TSOC PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of six acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC reviewers.</li><li>TSOC PAS Analysts will support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5 years of all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent field <strong>-OR-</strong> additional three years of experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing&nbsp; for IC/DoD customers, for a combined total of 8 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>4 years’ IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs)</li><li>2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis</li><li>1 year of experience using ArcGIS</li><li>5 years’ experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc., as examples)</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>4 years’ IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs)</li><li>2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis</li><li>1 year of experience using ArcGIS</li><li>5 years’ experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc., as examples)</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Technical development and exploitation, using commercial and government technologies to investigate, prototype, and evaluate novel collection and exploitation capabilities to close critical gaps against high-priority intelligence targets</li><li>Applies innovative, scientific, engineering, and technical solutions</li><li>Specialized expertise to confront intelligence problems with effective targeting, bold technology, and superb tradecraft</li><li>Information technology, engineering, and physical sciences</li><li>Maritime, aerospace, fixed wing, rotary wing, intel engineer, or data scientist</li><li>Design and deploy innovative technology in Defense</li><li>Application of scientific methods and technical tradecraft in support of our full-range intelligence operations</li><li>An expert in the latest science and technology trends, research, and advancements who can apply that knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage against our adversaries.</li><li>Any STEM-related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>TS/SCI</strong></li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown into a company trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
