    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n  <div>\n   Apply GAAP controls to Plant financial operations to ensure adherence to internal controls (including SOX &amp; other YFAI internal standards). Assist the organization to optimize profit and protect company assets by assessing financial risks and opportunities. Lead local Budgets and Forecasts &amp; communicate results to the organization. Assist the Plant Manager in Plant governance\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n  <div>\n   <div style=\"margin-right:0px\">\n    <div>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Plan, monitor, and authorize capital expenditures for the plant; aligning investments with company strategies. Ensure property accounting SSC is recording write-offs, retirements, asset valuations and CIP accounts accurately on the plant ledger by monitoring for potential idle assets, or for assets to be put into production use. Collaborate with program commercial controllers, managers, and engineers to align forecasted expectations. Assist in the application and reporting of capital grants. Lead fixed assets inventory verification events and request adjustments.</li>\n      <li>Ensure that Inventory is accounted for in line with GAAP requirements and is aligned to cost accounting policies and fundamentals. &nbsp;Supervise and Audit Inventory verification events, and collaborate with Materials Supply Chain teams to accurately report and optimize any Cycle count adjustments on an ongoing basis.</li>\n      <li>Lead the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual Ledger closing activity for the Plant by actively participating in corporate financial events and reconciling assigned accounts. &nbsp;Ensure accruals and journal entries are accurate and have adequate back-up. &nbsp;Prepare trial balance reports and reconcile local ledger accounts to the corporate book of record.</li>\n      <li>Prepare and evaluate variance analyses for Sales through EBIT accounts comparing actual results to budget and forecast commitments. Summarize and report details relating to business performance by Plant and Product Platform. Develop and communicate management reports for local and corporate management as required.</li>\n      <li>Prepare, develop and review financial budgets and forecasts. Lead the financial budgeting assumptions for the plant, and review the profit plan with local management and the corporate Operations organization. Collaborate with cross-functional team members in Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain and Engineering organizations to receive and confirm budgeting assumptions.&nbsp;</li>\n      <li>Successfully pass statutory, SOX and internal audits by adhering to key controls and providing necessary evidences. &nbsp;Perform standardized approaches on an ongoing basis relating to month-end accounting checklists and Balance Sheet reviews in accordance with Controls expectations</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n     <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare and distribute additional financial information as required.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support ad hoc requirements from corporate staff departments in Legal, Tax, HR, and Other.<br><br><strong>Essential Common Requirements for all Employees:</strong></p>\n     <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.&nbsp;<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Environmental, Health &amp; Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must comply with all company policies and procedures. &nbsp;<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Required Education Level&nbsp;</strong></p>\n     <p>Bachelor's Level Degree &nbsp;*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)</strong></p>\n     <p>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Financial and Business management, or similar. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3-5 Minimum Years of Experience in a Controller position<br>\n       1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)</strong></p>\n     <p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;QAD or similar ERP knowledge.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;HFM / Hyperion / Smartview experience.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MS Office including intermediate to advanced concepts in Excel.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cost Accounting awareness.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Works well with diverse groups of team members.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicates assertively and on time.<br>\n       •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Internally motivated.</p>\n    </div>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
