    "requirements_html": "<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Key responsibilities and required knowledge for the Diesel Engine Specialist role include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain, trouble shoot diagnosis, adjust and repair.</li><li>Overhaul back up power systems such as gas, diesel and propane generators</li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance, including but not limited to oil changes, filter replacements, coolant level checks</li><li>Cleaning to prevent buildup of dirt and debris to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Inspect and test generators and generators sets to identify problems and ensure proper operations</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues within the generator systems.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with all health, safety and environmental protocols</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Examining machines and mechanical equipment to diagnose sources of trouble, dismantling or partly dismantling machines and performing&nbsp;</li><li>Duties also include preparing written specifications for major repairs or to produce parts ordered from machine shops, reassembling machines and making all necessary adjustments for operation.</li><li>Requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to assemble or install equipment and components requiring basic wiring, soldering, or connections;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine tasks and tests, such as tensile or hardness testing, operate and adjust basic test equipment, and record test data</li><li>Gather and maintain engineering records, perform calculations using established formulas, and plot data to create simple curves and graphs. To industry standards and installation techniques</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.</li><li>Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.</li></ul><p><strong>SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:</strong> Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
