Sugarbush Resort is seeking individuals with a strong eye for guest service and hospitality to become Front Desk Agents for the Lodge at Lincoln Peak. This position is full time seasonal that has potential to be year-round. It is scheduled Monday-Friday 8am-2pm 30 hours per week and has a starting wage of $20/hour.</p><p></p><p><b><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Duties include greeting guests, answering phones, checking guests in/out, providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley.</li><li>Process charges in selling resort products/services, responding to guest needs, balancing guest accounts, and working with the resort&#39;s information systems.</li><li>As a primary point of guest service contact, tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner. </li><li>Agents ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while putting the guest&#39;s interests first. </li><li>Print lift tickets for groups and guests during winter season</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate. </li><li>A professional personality is essential to this important service role. </li><li>Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests. </li><li>Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position. </li><li>General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus. </li><li>Timely and reliable attendance is essential.</li><li>Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime during busy periods. </li><li>Requires repetitive data entry and long periods of standing, with occasional lifting of luggage up to 20 lbs.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Sugarbush Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer</i></p><p><i>An offer of employment may be contingent upon the results of a background, MVR, or criminal records check</i></p>",
