All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><p>The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive for specific positions. &nbsp;Other reasonable duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:<ol><li>Clean &ndash; Keep all areas clean and pristine.</li><li>Safe &ndash; Follow all safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Friendly - Use customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to provide superior guest service.</li><li>Fun &ndash; Have fun! &nbsp;Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.</li></ol></li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Interact with all guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. &nbsp;Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. &nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. &nbsp;Chemicals used in maintenance. &nbsp;Ladders, forklift, and safety equipment.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Smooth surfaces, using sand paper, brushes or steel wool, and removes old paint from surfaces using paint remover, scraper, wire brush, or blow torch to prepare surfaces for painting.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Painter II is skilled at &nbsp;installing, taping , mudding and finishing drywall , both existing and new construction</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler using a caulking gun and putty knife.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Install and finish flooring including, but not limited to ceramic tile, laminate flooring, carpet, and carpet squares.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Install professional faux brick and stone wall finishes, including backer board, cement and grout or mortar.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
