Acting as both an operational lead and a mentor, this role bridges the gap between Process Lead and Supervisor. The Senior Process Lead provides daily leadership support, coaches Process Leads and loaders/shippers, and drives process improvement initiatives to strengthen safety, quality, and efficiency. This position is a key developmental step for individuals preparing for future supervisory responsibilities within Klosterman Baking Company.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>&nbsp;The Senior Process Lead job responsibilities, tasks, and key functions include but are not limited to:<br>&nbsp;&bull; Serve as a coach and mentor for Process Leads and hourly shipping personnel.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Provide hands-on training to new Process Leads on documentation, pre-shift meetings, trailer inspections, and shipment accuracy.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Partner with the Warehouse/Shipping Manager and Supervisors to roll out new processes, standards, and improvement initiatives.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Assist in daily coordination of department operations &mdash; including order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, trailer loading, and documentation compliance.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Lead or assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts of trays, pallets, and finished goods.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Verify BOLs, pack lists, and shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Communicate daily with Supervisors and Management regarding performance, training needs, and departmental issues.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality teams to prioritize work requests and address any equipment or product quality issues impacting shipments.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Identify and communicate improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and efficiency.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Support cross-training and upskilling programs to increase team flexibility and bench strength.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Participate in coaching conversations and performance follow-up with team members, escalating issues as necessary.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Ensure all trailers are inspected, sealed, and released according to policy.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Model Klosterman&rsquo;s core leadership behaviors &mdash; safety focus, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.<br>&nbsp;&bull; Provide leadership coverage and decision-making support in the absence of a Supervisor.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
