          "text": "<p>Link Solutions is seeking a <strong>Power Platform Developer</strong> to join our team supporting the Defense Health Agency in the Northern Virginia Area.</p><ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>Public Trust Clearance required (Secret preferred)</li><li>Remote position (seeking local candidates only, as occasional onsite work may be required in Northern Virginia with short notice)</li></ul><p>The <strong>Power Platform Developer </strong>supports enterprise application development and modernization efforts through the design and delivery of Power Platform and Microsoft 365-based solutions. This role translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve workflows, reporting, and user experience across DHA systems. This exciting opportunity lets you contribute to cutting-edge projects while safeguarding our national security.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve workflows and user experience.</li><li>Deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions using canvas apps, model-driven apps, and integrations.</li><li>Apply application lifecycle management practices including solutions, pipelines, and environment management.</li><li>Translate user stories into technical designs, configurations, and test cases.</li><li>Perform system analysis including design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.</li><li>Support backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards.</li><li>Build automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Dataverse.</li><li>Develop secure Dataverse-based applications integrated with Azure and enterprise data sources.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot production issues while supporting system optimization.</li><li>Collaborate across Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, document, and support adoption of solutions.</li></ul><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.&#xa0;</em></p>",
