We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our passionate international team. About the Role: As a Pre-Sales Engineer , you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Graphwise’s technology solutions business, with a focus on custom software integrations and AI-driven data solutions. You will partner closely with Sales, Partner, Services, and Marketing teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. In this role, you will work with prospective customers and partners to understand their technical and business challenges, design solution architectures using Graphwise technologies, and demonstrate how our platform can deliver measurable value. You will guide customers through the technical evaluation process, from discovery and solution design to proof-of-concepts and implementation planning. Your goal will be to help our partners and customers increase their top-line revenue while ensuring successful adoption of Graphwise technology. Your Main Responsibilities shall include: Lead the technical engagement during the sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, and technical validation. Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, data challenges, and integration requirements. Translate customer needs into solution architectures using Graphwise technologies such as knowledge graphs and semantic AI. Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-value, and proof-of-concept design and planning Collaborate with Direct Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution teams to develop winning solutions Support technical onboarding and deployment planning for new customers and partners. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers throughout the sales process. Continuously learn and stay current on Graphwise technologies, AI trends, and the evolving data ecosystem. Contribute feedback from the field to help improve product capabilities and sales strategies. As the Ideal Candidate, You Will Have: Understanding or interest in semantic web technologies, knowledge graphs, graph databases, text mining, ontology engineering, machine learning, or related fields. Experience supporting technical sales processes, solution engineering, or at customer-facing technical roles. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for customers. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to interpret technical and market data. Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. An inquisitive mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a passion for innovation. Technical skills, including experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and technical documentation tools.
