  "BriefDescription": "The HSSE Compliance Superintendent position is responsible for compliance functions to improve coordination of site HSSE activities. This leader is expected to collaborate with the HSSE team, and KNA site leaders and employees in the development strategy, and implementation of world class procedures, policies, safe work practices and management systems which prevent illnesses and injuries, prevent asset loss, assure regulatory compliance and assist in the facilities in achieving plant and corporate HSSE goals. Major areas of responsibility include policy focused field safety audits, IH system assessment to specific work tasks/areas, contractor safety, management system support, behavioral based safety support and pursuing VPP achievement with assistance of the HSSE Manager.",
