          "text": "<p>As the<strong>&#xa0;E-commerce Assistant Manager</strong>&#xa0;you would be responsible for assisting in the overall day-to-day operation and success of an e-commerce re-sale operation. Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, and customers; ensure that production and quality goals are achieved; support the mission by supporting the achievement of sales, budget, and profit objectives; supports efficient e-commerce operations.&#xa0; While also supporting the successful implementation of organizational policies and procedures, positive work environment and quality customer experience.</p><p><strong>Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise employees engaged in online auction listing, shipping, and quality control management.</li><li>Assign employees to specific departments or special tasks, as needed.</li><li>Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales and/or customers.</li><li>Supports e-commerce operations such as&#xa0;staffing patterns and scheduling, enforcement and monitoring of all policies and procedures, customer service and satisfaction, production, and merchandise quality control , payroll, pricing and production standards, etc. as assigned or needed.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range</strong>:&#xa0; $14.87 up to $17.51/hour</p><p><strong>Travel Required:</strong>&#xa0;yes, some local travel may be required.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday - Friday 8 hour shift, flexible start end times between (7:00am - 5:00pm). Schedule can vary depending on department needs.</p>",
