This role focus implementing HR strategies, policies and improvement initiative including payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR process optimization support across the organization.<br> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Review, formulate and maintain HR policies, procedures & procedures in compliance with requirements and best practice.</li><li>Implement HR improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for HR innovations and continuous improvement.</li><li>Support implementation of performance management frameworks that address skill gaps and promote career growth.</li><li>Management payroll processing and employee benefits program.</li><li>Attend to matters related to employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievance handling with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Promote positive workplace cultural through effective communication and relationship building program.</li><li>Assist onboarding, offboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless employee experience</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field.</li><li>Professional certification in HR is an added advantage</li><li>Understanding of Malaysian labour law and statutory regulations</li><li>Tech-savy with ability to learn and adapt to HR system.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proactive & positive attitude with a strong ability to motivate, manage task and engage teams.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity</li></ul>",
