The position Completes PMs; tracks progress and prepares updates related to Continuous Improvement Projects and Daily Work Orders.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong>:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Replaces or repairs parts on machines such as bearings, filter, wiring, valves, gauges and switches.</span></li>\n <li><span>Start devices to test their performance.</span></li>\n <li><span>Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.</span></li>\n <li><span>Required to participate in on-call program and may be required to work additional hours as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to use a variety of common hand and power tools. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical</span></li>\n <li><span>Properties.</span></li>\n <li><span>Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to insure a safe environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Upholds Site and Corporate Environmental Policies by following all Environmental Policies, Procedures and Work</span></li>\n <li><span>Instructions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for ensuring the compliance of “Food Product Safety” &amp; “Product Quality” of the molded product, to meet the expectation of our customers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Understands and follows Hazard Materials Regulations 49 CFR Part 172.704 (a)(1) General awareness/familiarization training, (a)(3) Safety training, and (a)(4) Security awareness training.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</u></strong>:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, electrical systems, automation&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience with manufacturing process, labeling systems, and palletizing a plus</span></li>\n <li><span>AB RS Logix 500 and 5000, Barber Coleman Maco Controls, Siemens PLC&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of industrial sensors and pneumatic systems</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong><u>Competencies:</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Problem solving</span></li>\n <li><span>Self-driven: (operates independently)&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Persistence</span></li>\n <li><span>Results-Orientated</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
