Click to learn more about GTC.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Responsibilities</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work with the Director of Financial Services to define and maintain proper documentation on each lease, rental and loan transaction.</li>\n   <li>Maintain the system of record for all lease, rental and loan transactions. This includes hard files.</li>\n   <li>Work with the Equipment Finance Managers to load all documentation for each lease, rental and loan transaction.</li>\n   <li>Develop and maintain Insurance and Title follow-up ques within company software provider, <em>LeaseComplete</em> and <em>Procede DMS</em>.</li>\n   <li>Assist with providing and organizing documentation that is required by lenders that fund GTC Equipment Finance LLC and Gordon Truck Leasing LLC.</li>\n   <li>Provide reporting to Finance Managers, Accountants, Bank Partners, and Executives on an as needed basis.</li>\n   <li>Identify opportunities to improve the system of record and find the appropriate solution.</li>\n   <li>Act as customer services provider for GTC Equipment Finance & Gordon Truck Leasing customers.</li>\n   <li>Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Physical:</strong> (These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.)  Requires continuous sitting, repetitive hand movement of opening and sorting documents.  May require light lifting and moderate walking (including stairs). Extensive use of telephone, keyboard and computer.    </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Environmental:</strong>  Indoors with occasional outdoor duties.  Occasional transport of documents between buildings in seasonal weather conditions.  Some noise while visiting other departments. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience, Education & Attributes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lease - Finance background preferred.</li>\n <li>Accounting and IT experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with Lease – Finance accounting Software a plus.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.</li>\n <li>Customer Focused.</li>\n <li>Work with minimal supervision and direction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Hours:</strong>  Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM. However, hours may vary depending on business needs.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$22 to $24 per hour based upon experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>GTC General Benefits Description </strong></p>\n<p>Gordon Truck Centers, Inc.
