Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We work with our clients, <strong>Nespresso</strong>, and service major retailers.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive hourly rate </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Flexible hours</strong> that fit your lifestyle</li>\n <li><strong>Exciting, hands-on projects</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Independent Contractor Status</strong> – Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility of an IC role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)</li>\n <li>Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan </li>\n <li>Ensures negotiated footprint is respected</li>\n <li>Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks</li>\n <li>Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting</li>\n <li>Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines</li>\n <li>Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.</li>\n <li>Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team</li>\n <li>Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required</li>\n <li>Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.</li>\n <li>Good problem solving and time management skills</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly</li>\n <li>Ability to self-manage remotely</li>\n <li>Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports</li>\n <li>Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Apply now and bring brands to life with us!</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Match Retail is a certified Great Place to Work® in Canada! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Interview Process</strong></p>\n<p>Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.<strong>Step 2:</strong> Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.<strong>Step 3:</strong> Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>AI Disclosure</strong></p>\n<p>We use AI-assisted tools to help screen resumes for key skills and minimum requirements relevant to the role.
