If you are looking for exciting career opportunities with growth potential, come and join the team at Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital!</p>\n<p>We are building a brand new 9 story Hospital scheduled for May 2027 – state of the art and double the size!</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Our Emergency Room Techs are responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing, and sterilization of supplies, and equipment dispensed by the emergency department following established Infection Control Practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assists with basic patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under direct supervision of the registered nurse. The ED Tech maintains environment that is prepared for patient care.</li>\n <li>Must be conscientious with regard to procedures, and capable of working under pressure and interacting professionally with other departments within the hospital.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to accept new ideas and learn position duties.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in the department’s performance improvement activities related to the Emergency Department.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>NEW 9 story Hospital scheduled for May 2027 – state of the art and double the size!</li>\n <li>Amazing benefits!</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance Plans: We offer the following on the first day of employment!\n  <ul>\n   <li>Tuition Reimbursement: Repays up to $600 per calendar year for fees expended to attend a job-related seminar, licensure renewal, workshop, conference, individual course, or other training programs.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Tuition Loan: Provides up to $2,000 per calendar year for approved formal certificate or degree programs including prerequisites for approved degree programs.
