This position is for 1<sup>st</sup> shift. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform post-processing operations including, but not limited to, mandrel removal, flushing, pressure testing, baking, and associated product testing</li><li>Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.)</li><li>Have some computer proficiency with a willingness to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilities</li><li>Be able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities</li><li>Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independently&nbsp;</li><li>Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.</li><li>Work with and train other skilled technicians/operators in&nbsp;post-processing operations, inspection methods, and required documentation</li><li>Communicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvement</li><li>Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have ability to modify work shift as needed by business conditions &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as required<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education, Experience and Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Associates degree with 2 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education and medical device/technical experience&nbsp;</li><li>Extremely hands on with some mechanical aptitude</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team player</li><li>Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted&nbsp;</li><li>Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected</li></ul><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Confluent Medical Technologies</strong> is dedicated to working collaboratively with our customers, taking their projects from rapid prototype into high volume production.
