Click here ! Reporting to the General Supervisor, Energy and Infrastructure, you will be part of the Energy and Infrastructure Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment. Supervise all energy & electrical surface & UG maintenance activities; Supervise and coordinate the UG electrical maintenance & development activities; Implement and ensure application of working procedures among team members; Applies the methods and principles of the Supervision Formula; Organizes the weekly jobs to execute according to the weekly schedule; Ensure proper standard work practices are followed through the preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Coordinate, in collaboration with reliability engineers, electrical and planned shutdowns activities when necessary; Coordinate morning meetings and weekly safety meetings with your team; Analyses and organizes the training needs for immediate employees; With respect of Agnico Eagle’s internal management process, prepare daily work packages for all team members; Applies disciplinary measures to employees when required. Note that the official working language at Meadowbank Complex is English.
