With cafés currently operating in Clarke Quay (Singapore) and Kuala Lumpur, this role is instrumental in transforming F&amp;B into a powerful business and brand driver for our retail ecosystem.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is not just about operations — we’re looking for someone who can develop and implement commercially successful concepts that attract traffic to our stores and elevate the customer journey. Whether through standalone cafés, event-linked pop-ups, or third-party collaborations, your focus will be on building F&amp;B experiences that resonate with our music community while driving profitability</span></p>\n<p><span>and footfall.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Develop and execute a business development roadmap for F&amp;B across Southeast Asia that is aligned with Swee Lee’s lifestyle retail vision.</span></li>\n<li><span>Identify and secure partnerships with operators, brands, and collaborators to enhance the scale and quality of our F&amp;B offerings.</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage the full P&amp;L for all F&amp;B initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Design flexible F&amp;B formats — from in-store cafés to mobile setups — that increase traffic to retail stores and engage our music-driven audience.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate closely with Retail, Events, and Marketing teams to align F&amp;B with broader community-building, loyalty, and promotional strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead hiring, training, and development of café teams, fostering a service-oriented and performance-driven culture.</span></li>\n<li><span>Innovate on concepts, menus, and experiences to ensure Swee Lee cafés offer distinctive, relevant touchpoints for our customers.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient procurement and inventory control.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-site or regional F&amp;B operations, ideally in concept or lifestyle-driven cafés.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to manage full P&amp;L and operational strategy across multiple markets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience improving underperforming outlets and rolling out successful F&amp;B models at scale.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fluency in English.
